App and developer
This Privacy Policy applies to S Pen Pro, an Android app provided by AnyDroid. S Pen Pro does not require an account.
02
Information handled
S Pen Pro stores settings and gesture data on your device. Its Accessibility Service is used only to detect S Pen gestures and perform actions you configure. Screen content, typed text, gesture strokes, and accessibility-event contents are not sent to us or third parties.
The free version uses Google AdMob and mediated advertising providers, including Meta Audience Network, as well as User Messaging Platform. Depending on your region and privacy choices, these providers may process IP address and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic or crash information for advertising, consent management, analytics, fraud prevention, and app reliability. Premium users are not served ads.
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics collect app interactions, crash and diagnostic information, app and device metadata, and app-installation identifiers to measure use and investigate reliability problems. This collection also applies to Premium users and is separate from ad eligibility. Firebase Remote Config is used to retrieve advertising configuration for the ad-supported version and may process an app-installation identifier.
Product-usage records include onboarding steps and skip or completion outcomes, gesture and action categories with execution outcomes, setting values such as timing and sensitivity, counts of configured or used gestures, and Premium offer and purchase-flow steps. They also include backup and restore outcomes and requests to open support, sharing, review, recommended-app, and system-settings interfaces. Displayed offer prices and currencies help us understand purchase flows; they are not payment card details. Analytics data may be exported to Google BigQuery for analysis.
These product records do not include gesture names or strokes, selected app packages, shortcut contents, notification text, document contents or locations, or purchase tokens. To count different custom gestures used in a day, the app keeps temporary salted fingerprints of entry names on the device and sends only counts. These local counters are excluded from Android backup and are replaced on the next use after the UTC day changes. Opening another app or a sharing interface does not tell us whether you installed that app or sent a message.
In versions with operational diagnostics, technical records include app and service state, window failures, settings or gesture-storage failures, backup and restore errors, billing response codes, and Android process-exit reasons when available. These custom records use predefined event names and error categories, not original exception messages. They do not include gesture names or strokes, selected apps or actions, screen or accessibility-event contents, document locations, or purchase tokens.
When you use Gesture test, a limited local record helps explain recognition results. It can include the tested gesture category, pen input and button states, input timing, timing settings, recognition or interruption reasons, and numerical shape-comparison results. It does not contain handwriting, gesture stroke coordinates, screen contents, selected app names, purchase tokens, or persistent device identifiers. These detailed test records are not automatically uploaded.
After pen input has been recorded, you can choose Email diagnostic records in More → Gesture test. The app creates a file containing recent technical records and available test records, plus the app version, device manufacturer and model, Android and firmware version, and accessibility and battery-optimization status. It opens an email app with support@anydroid.com, a subject and the file filled in. You can review, change or cancel the message; you must choose to send it yourself. Older app versions may instead offer a system share chooser. The recipient and your chosen email or sharing service handle any copy you send. If you email us, we receive your sender address, message and attachment to investigate and respond to your request.
Google Play processes Premium purchases. S Pen Pro receives purchase status needed to provide and restore Premium access but does not receive payment card details. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.
03
Use and sharing
Information is used only to provide and improve the app and purchases, understand onboarding and feature use, deliver and measure ads, maintain security and reliability, and answer support requests. Google, Meta, and participating advertising providers may process information for these purposes. We do not sell personal information. Where applicable, processing is based on consent, providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the app, or legal obligations. See Google's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy.

Choices, retention, security, and contact
Where available, use Privacy choices in S Pen Pro to review or change advertising choices. You may also manage your Android advertising ID, disable the Accessibility Service, or clear app storage and uninstall S Pen Pro to delete local data.
Local settings remain until you delete them or uninstall the app. The diagnostic journal keeps up to 256 records within seven days, pruning expired records when next accessed, and is excluded from Android backup. Detailed gesture-test records are held in memory, with at most 1,024 entries; older entries are replaced when full. They may remain when you leave the test screen but are cleared when the app process ends. The most recent manual export remains in the app cache until replaced, cleared by Android, or deleted with app data. Ending the app process does not delete an exported attachment or a copy saved by your email or sharing service. Advertising, analytics, and reliability providers retain data under their policies and your settings. Support messages are retained only as reasonably necessary. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted service access.
