App and developer
This Privacy Policy applies to Floating Widgets, an Android app provided by AnyDroid. Floating Widgets does not require an account.
02
Information handled
Floating Widgets stores widget settings and configurations on your device. Its Accessibility Service is used only to display widgets added by you and apply the visibility and interaction settings you configure. Screen content, typed text, widget contents, and accessibility-event contents are not sent to us or third parties.
The ad-supported version uses Google AdMob and mediated advertising providers, including Meta Audience Network, InMobi, and Liftoff Monetize. Depending on your region and privacy choices, these providers may process IP address and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and reliability. Premium users are not served ads. User Messaging Platform manages privacy choices independently of Premium access.
Firebase Analytics measures app use when the app has a valid Analytics-storage permission signal from User Messaging Platform. Firebase Crashlytics collects crash and diagnostic information for reliability. These services also apply to Premium users and may process app and device metadata and app-installation identifiers. Analytics permission is separate from permission to request ads; collection pauses while privacy choices are being updated. Firebase Remote Config retrieves advertising configuration for the ad-supported version and may process an app-installation identifier.
Product-usage records include onboarding and permission steps, widget creation and editing outcomes, categories and counts of widget use, configuration categories and ranges, shortcut operations, backup and restore outcomes, and Premium offer and purchase-flow steps. Displayed prices and currencies help us understand purchase flows; they are not payment card details. Requests to open support, sharing, review, and system-settings interfaces and observed returns may also be recorded. Opening another interface does not tell us what you did there or whether you sent a message. Analytics data may be exported to Google BigQuery for analysis.
Custom product and operational records exclude widget contents and names, selected app lists, provider package names, document contents and locations, and purchase tokens. Widget-use counts are calculated on the device; individual widget identifiers are not uploaded in those records. Custom operational diagnostics use predefined categories for app/service state, window attachment, storage, billing, and SDK failures rather than original exception messages. Automatic SDK crash reporting is separate.
If you choose Share diagnostics in Settings, the app creates a file containing recent technical records, app version, device manufacturer and model, Android and firmware information, and accessibility and battery-optimization status. You choose the recipient in the system share chooser. The file is not automatically sent to support; a shared copy is handled by the recipient and service you select.
Google Play processes Premium purchases. Floating Widgets receives purchase status needed to provide and restore Premium access but does not receive payment card details. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.
03
Use and sharing
Information is used only to provide the app and purchases, deliver and measure ads, maintain security and reliability, and answer support requests. Google and its advertising providers may process information for these purposes. We do not sell personal information. Where applicable, processing is based on consent, providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the app, or legal obligations. See Google's Privacy Policy.
04
Choices, retention, security, and contact
Where required, use Privacy choices in Settings or first-run onboarding to review or change your privacy choices, including choices used for Analytics consent. This entry remains available to Premium users. You may also manage your Android advertising ID, disable the Accessibility Service, or clear app storage and uninstall Floating Widgets to delete local data.
Local data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. Google retains data under its policies and your settings. Support messages are retained only as reasonably necessary. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted service access.
